These terms cover the account rules, bonus wagering conditions and withdrawal process that apply when you play with us. They sit alongside our other policy pages and should be read together before you deposit.
Who can open an account
You must be 19 years of age or older to register a Raging Bull account, and you must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino play is permitted at the time you play. We ask for your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address at signup. One account per player, per household and per device is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any pending withdrawals forfeited under our fair-play rules.
We reserve the right to run identity checks at any point, not only before your first withdrawal. This protects you and us against fraud and underage play, and it is standard across the industry rather than a sign of a problem with your account.
Verification (KYC) before payout

Bonus wagering conditions
Raging Bull offers new Canadian players a welcome package plus free spins on selected slots. T&Cs apply. Every bonus, whether it's a deposit match, free spins or a VIP reward, carries a wagering requirement: you must play through the bonus amount (and in most cases the deposit too) a set number of times before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier, eligible games and time limit are listed on the offer page and inside your account dashboard at the time you claim it, since these details can change between promotions.
- Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering; live dealer and table games usually contribute less, sometimes 0%
- Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active; betting above the limit can void your bonus winnings
- Bonuses expire if not wagered within the stated window, usually 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion
- Withdrawing your deposit before wagering is complete forfeits the associated bonus and any bonus-generated winnings
Withdrawal rules
Withdrawals are processed once your account is verified and any active wagering requirement is cleared. We pay out in CAD, matching the currency you deposit in. Interac e-Transfer withdrawals are generally the fastest option for Canadian players; credit card refunds and crypto payouts (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) follow their own network timelines.

Payment method matching
Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used to deposit, this is standard anti-fraud practice, not a Raging Bull-specific hurdle. Account closures and self-exclusion
